WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure. As a result, your data may be processed or stored in countries outside South Africa, including jurisdictions where Meta operates.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API) to deliver messages
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, strictly to operate our systems
- Authorities or regulators where required by law

We retain WhatsApp communication data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve queries, and comply with legal or security obligations.
7. User Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your WhatsApp-related personal information that we store, including phone numbers and message history.
To request deletion, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the WhatsApp number you used to contact us. We will delete your data from our internal systems within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.
8. Opting Out
You may stop receiving non-essential WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying with “STOP”. We will respect this request except where communication is required to provide a service you requested or to meet legal obligations.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
